🌟 Supportive Sideline Reminders for Our 6U Season

Let’s keep the focus on fun.
Our players are just beginning their softball journey, and every cheer helps build their confidence. Positive energy from the sidelines makes a huge difference.

Coaches are volunteers giving their time.
A quick reminder to show patience and kindness toward our coaches as they teach the basics and help the kids enjoy the game.

Umpires — including junior umpires — are learning too.
We’ll have youth umpires assisting with games this season. They’re developing their skills just like our players. Encouragement and respect go a long way in helping them grow.

Cheering is great — coaching from the sidelines is not.
Let the coaches coach. Parents cheering for effort, hustle, and teamwork keeps the environment upbeat and supportive.

We model the behavior our kids will copy.
Showing respect, staying calm, and keeping things positive teaches our players how to handle both wins and challenges with grace.

Questions or concerns? Bring them to the coaches privately.
If something comes up, they’re always open to a conversation — just not during the game.
