Registration Fee $75.00 -

4U - player ages 3 and 4 years old

(MAY BE COMBINED WITH 6U if not enough 4U players, balance due by 8/2)

Registration Fee $125.00 -

6U - players 6 years and under, eligible age 4-6
8U - players 8 years and under, eligible ages 6-8
10U - players 10 years and under, eligible ages 8-10
12U - players 12 years and under, eligible ages 10-12
14U - players 14 years and under, eligible ages 12-14
18U - players 18 years and under, eligible ages 14-18

Player Registration Includes -

Team shirt and socks (pants not included)
USA Softball Secondary Insurance

Refund Policy -

Refunds will be issued within 10-14 business days from the request if approved
Refunds requested prior to assessments will be refunded at 100%
Refunds requested prior to draft will be refunded at 75%
There will be NO REFUNDS issued after the draft (no exceptions)

Snack Bar Policy -

Each player will be charged a mandatory $50 snack bar fee at the start of the season. Once a family completes their assigned snack bar duty, the $50 fee will be fully refunded. Families who do not complete their scheduled shift will forfeit the refund.

*Manager Disclaimer*

If you anticipate managing a team for the season, it is required you work your snack bar shift. Once your role as manager is confirmed, your $50 fee will be refunded.

Fundraising Policy -

Each player must participate in the league fundraiser for the season. No "buy-out" option available at this time.

Team Sponsor Requirements -

For the fall season, we do not require a team sponsor, but we are happy to receive donations. Please click the link to fill out the google form and monetary donations can be mailed to our PO Box 97, Rialto CA 92377.

Schedules -

Practice schedules will be given out to managers the night of the draft (team selection)
Practices may be one day during the week AND one weekend (either Saturday or Sunday)
Number of assigned team practices are at managers discretion
We will NOT know days or times until draft night
Game schedules will be given out approximately 2 weeks before the season starts - games will start in the end of September and run through the week before Thanksgiving.
We try our best to keep the 6U & 8U divisions earlier in the evenings during the week, however it all depends on the number of teams. Games can start at either 5:45P, 6:00P, 7:15P, 7:30P or 8:00P. Games are only during the week (usually Monday-Friday) with the exception of tournaments

Team Shirts -

Team shirts are ordered once teams are drafted, for fall the players will receive a team shirt with the RGSA logo and a pair of socks.

Player Assessment Information -

Must bring for assessment check-in

Birth Certificate
Glove
Batting Helmet (with face mask)
Cleats or running shoes
Fielding face mask (recommended not required)

Assessment Date/s & Time -

Anticipated to be the first weekend in September

Players who do not attend (AND COMPLETE) the assessment and were registered by the last regular registration day will be placed into the hat and placed on a team by a blind draw (HAT).
