Spring 2025

Registration Fee -
  • (3-4 yr olds) 4U $100
  • (4-6 yr olds) 6U $175
  • (6-8 yr olds) 8U $175
  • (8-10 yr olds) 10U $175
  • (10-12 yr olds) 12U $175
  • (11-14 yr olds) 14U $175
  • (13-18 yr olds) High School Division $175

NOTE - If the player is in High School they MUST play in the High School division - no exceptions

Player Registration Includes-
  • Team Jersey and Socks (pants not included)

Refund Policy-
  • Refunds will be issued within 10-14 business days from the request if approved
  • Refunds requested prior to assessments will be refunded at 100%
  • Refunds requested prior to draft will be refunded at 75%
  • There will be NO REFUNDS issued after the draft (no exceptions)

Snack Bar Policy-
Parents or legal guardians are required to work the scheduled shift for snack bar duty as assigned by the league, a minimum of one and up to four times per season as directed by the team manager. Failure to perform snack bar duty by at least one player representative over the age of 18 will result in at least a one game suspension of the player for each missed shift. 

Fundraising Policy -
Each player must participate in the league fundraiser for the season. No "buy-out" option available at this time.

Team Sponsor Requirements -
Rialto Girls Softball is a youth non-profit organization that operates on donations, the cost to run games each night is roughly $1100 x 5 days a week is $5500. This cost is what the league must pay to get the fields prepped, chalked, and have the field lights turned on by the city, umpires, scorekeepers, and game balls. In an effort to keep the cost down for the families we rely on teams acquiring donations. This season (Spring 2025) each team is required to secure $200 in sponsors. The sponsor fee is due prior to the team's first game. If you or someone you know are willing to sponsor, please complete the Sponsor form and submit it to the league along with payment, you will be able to assign the sponsor to your player's team/teams specifically after player draft. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1GROsoxfuR3eS0OqlaA57TcgR6KPgG53_/view?usp=sharing

Schedules -
  • Practice schedules will be given out to managers the night of the draft (team selection)
  • We will NOT know days or times until then
  • Once games start practices will continue on weekends only
  • Game schedules will be given out approximately 2 weeks before the season starts - games will start in March
  • We try out best to keep the 4U, 6U & 8U divisions earlier in the evenings during the week however it all depends on the number of teams.
  • Games can start at either 5:45P, 6:00P, 7:15P, 7:30P or 8:00P
  • Games are only during the week (usually Monday-Friday) with the exception of tournaments

Uniforms-
Uniforms are ordered once teams are drafted, for Spring the players receive a team jersey with their specific team logo and player number. We are at the mercy of the distributor and screener, oftentimes uniforms are not provided to the players until the day of their first game. We know this is frustrating for families and team managers, it's frustrating for the board as well, please understand we are also volunteers and we can not make the product available any faster.

Player Assessment Information -
Must bring for assessment check-in
  1. Birth Certificate
  2. Glove
  3. Batting Helmet (with face mask)
  4. Cleats or running shoes
  5. Fielding face mask (recommended not required)

If there is a rainout, assessments will be pushed back one week. Those players who do not attend the assessment and were registered by the last regular registration day will be placed into the hat and placed on a team by a blind draw (HAT). *Check email frequently for updates*
