Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Rialto Girls Softball, please complete the information below, we will review your information and email you with next steps once approved by the board. As a reminder you will not be allowed on the field until all parts have been completed. 

USA Softballs runs September to September, that means that if you were approved for this past winter (2023) by completing your background and SafeSport you are good for Spring 2024 and will NOT need to do those things again.

If you will be volunteering for the Fall 2024 Season, this form must be completed USA Softball for clearance.

If you were not part of the coaching staff this past winter (2023) you will need to complete the USA background check AND SafeSport course before you may be on the field/dugout around the players. This is a USA Softball requirement.
