1. mandatory manager or team staff representative must be present all night,
2. manager must ensure all closing/clean-up tasks are completed before leaving, the penalty - team will not participate in winter ball tournament,
3. no more split shifts: each player is to have 1 representative all night (5PM to close) (siblings on a team would require 2 representatives), this will help with the flow, restock and end of the night clean up,
4. snack bar hours (for customers) 5:30-9:30PM,
5. after the game managers are encouraged to make their team talk brief to allow players time to purchase snack bar items before close,
6. one (1) snack bar attendant will be present all night for support.
7. 16 & 17 year olds will be allowed to work in the snack bar if they have either a food handlers card or a work permit however no one under 18 can work the deep fryer, grill or cash register.
8. Volunteer workers that parents can hire to work their shifts are allowed however keep in mind all details and arrangements including payment are to be worked out between the parent and the worker, the league does not get involved.
